Todd & The Book of Pure Evil Season 2 Coming to FEARnet
From FEARnet.com
Following last night’s season finale, FEARnet, cable television’s premier horror, thriller and suspense channel, has confirmed plans to air the second season of “Todd & The Book of Pure Evil.”
“Todd & The Book of Pure Evil’ was extremely successful for us in the first season, and we can’t wait to give fans a second, even more outrageous, season of the show,” said Peter Block, president, FEARnet. “Our new series, ‘Holliston,’ will make an excellent companion to ‘Todd,’ as it is equally scandalous, audacious, and hilarious. Viewers will love it.”
The supernatural comedy featuring Jason Mewes (“Mallrats,” “Clerks”) tells the story of a small-town high school kid trying to save the world. The hilariously twisted series also stars Alex House, Maggie Castle, Bill Turnbull, Melanie Leishman and Chris Leavins. The second season is set to premiere in March on FEARnet.
The series is created by Craig David Wallace, Charles Picco, and Anthony Leo, and was highly successful in its first season on FEARnet. In the second season, “Todd & The Book of Pure Evil,” will bring fans more grotesque monsters, countless uncomfortably funny situations, and fighting of the nastiest evil.
The series will continue to air as part of FEARnet’s “Twisted Comedy” Block on Tuesday nights, and will be paired with FEARnet’s first original production, “Holliston.”
